How to Access Adobe Creative Cloud Software
*Note: This article is for College of the Redwoods employees only.
Using Adobe Creative Cloud on your personal computer:
- Sign in to the Adobe website using your CR email address and password: https://www.adobe.com/
- Make sure to select “Company or School Account” and not “Personal Account”
- Complete the multifactor authentication process if prompted
- Click on the Apps tab on the left side of the page:

- Locate the application you wish to use, and click the Install button:

Using Adobe Creative Cloud on a CR District computer:
- Launch the desired Adobe application from the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications Folder (Mac OS)

- Sign in with your CR email address and password
- Make sure to select “Company or School Account” and not “Personal Account”
- If the program you wish to use is not already installed on the computer, launch the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App from the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications Folder (Mac OS)

- Sign in with your CR email address and password
- Make sure to select “Company or School Account” and not “Personal Account”
- Click on the Apps tab on the left side of the application window
- Locate the application you wish to use, and click the Install button:

- Please note that you can be signed in to Adobe applications on up to two devices at any one time. If you attempt to sign in to Adobe software on a third device, you will be prompted to sign out from one of the other devices.
- If the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App is not present on the computer, submit a help desk ticket via our support portal at http://help.redwoods.edu
