How to find Canvas Support (24/7 Support through Canvas)
Students, faculty, and staff can contact Canvas support 24/7 within the Canvas App by navigating down the Global Navigation Bar to the left of the screen and clicking on “Help”.
Distance Education Team (M-F, 8AM-5PM)
Tickets specific to the College of the Redwoods Canvas instance can be submitted to Distance Education staff at College of the Redwoods by navigating to CR Help Desk> FreshDesk Help System > Report an Issue> Selecting Canvas/Online Learning.

Help desk tickets are reviewed Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM. If you submit a ticket after hours or over the weekend, staff will get back to you within the next working business day.
Please note: If you are looking for help with resetting your MyCR password, resetting your multi-factor authentication or have issues with WebAdvisor, you need to contact IT at (707) 476-4160 or by submitting a ticket directly to IT.
