Changing Your Multi-Factor Authentication Method 1. Login to your MyCR Portal by going to https://myapps.microsoft.com/Redwoods.edu/2. Once you are on your apps dashboard, click on your initials located on the top right of the page then click on “View account”. 3. Click on “UPDATE INFO” within the Security info section. 4. Click on “Add sign-in method and select “Authenticator app” as the method. 5. Download the free Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone and scan the QR code using the app. 6. On your Authenticator app type in the number shown on your computer screen. This number will change every time you request an authentication.
